Why didn’t I think of this?

I can’t count the times I’ve had to go find another outlet because the wall wart from my (Phone, MP3 Player, Radio, etc.) was taking up both outlets. 360 Electrical in what may be the “why didn’t I think if that” of the year, has created a solution…a revolving outlet that fits into a standard wall box.

The only problem is it isn’t available yet!

Tivo finally fixes my biggest complaint…

I can’t tell you how many times a show I wanted to record has not recorded because one of the networks decided to run their show two or three minutes past the hour.

Well according to PVRwire this will no longer be an issue as of software version 7.2.1 thanks to the new overlap protection feature.

Oh No….Could my precious Blackberry be in danger?

Supreme Court Tunes Out RIM Patent Spat

Newly-appointed Chief Justice John Roberts denied RIM’s motion to review the injunction, which could force the handheld device manufacturer to shut down some of its services in the United States, based on a 2002 ruling against the company in its patent suit against NTP….

However, RIM conceded in a press release issued Wednesday that it expects NTP to ask the Virginia District Court where the case was originally decided to enter a new injunction prohibiting it from providing its BlackBerry wireless service, and from using, selling, manufacturing or importing its handhelds and software in the United States….

Silly Season Woes…

Well it’s the thick of Silly season and I heard a doozy today. It seems the latest rumors have Bobby Labonte (the driver I prefer to root for) going to Chip Ganassi in the #42 car.

This presents quite a quandary for me because the main reason I came to know of Bobby was because he races for Joe Gibbs Racing. I’m a huge fan of Joe Gibbs, dating all the way back to the Redskins Days. I would much prefer to support one of his drivers but I’m not sure I can bring myself to be a Smoke fan (Tony Stewart). I guess I will just wait patiently to see what kind of shake up my 2006 NASCAR season will have.

Ok, I believe….Go Astros!

I’ve loved the Astros for as long as I can remember…but I
must admit I long stopped expecting great things from them. Instead I’ve happily been accepting mediocrity
from my home town team.

I’m happy to admit that I was completely wrong…Tonight;
they proved they really do have it…Go Astros!
